Press C–B for notes at the current octave (default 4). Shift+C/D/F/G/A = sharp. [ ] = octave down/up. The Spot (purple marker, starts at C4) moves only when you click the staff or press a letter key. 0–6 or the 1/2/3 buttons = step that many staff-rows from the Spot in the current direction (0 or ` repeats the Spot). - / = or the toggle button = flip step direction (sticky, starts +). Tab/Shift+Tab = cycle duration. / or q = reset duration to Quarter. h = jump to Half. Z = undo.
